West Ham United have strengthened their attack by signing Gil Vicente striker Pablo Felipe and agreeing a deal for Lazio forward Taty Castellanos.
The two moves will cost up to £47m combined.
Manager Nuno Espírito Santo pushed for both signings as West Ham battle relegation.
The club rejected a move for Jørgen Strand Larsen after deciding his £40m price was too high.
Pablo joins for £18.3m plus add-ons after scoring nine goals this season in Portugal.
The 21-year-old said he arrived determined to prove himself.
West Ham have also agreed a £26.1m deal with Lazio for Castellanos, who joined from New York City FC in 2023.
He has scored twice in 12 games this season.
With Niclas Füllkrug loaned out and only Callum Wilson remaining as a senior striker, West Ham see the deals as vital.
They are also seeking a centre-back and could offload several squad players before the window closes.
